The publications on this page are declassified material from one of the Government's closely held secret in the 1960's. Only a very small number of individuals in the Government had access to this material. When I joined this group there were less than 2,500 in the Government with this access.

       Down load a copy of the Technical Writing Workshop, Writers Guide. This was a hand out from a CIA course I attended in the mid 1960s. I consider it to be the best writing course I ever attended.
